"This was an excellent place to stay and amazing value for money - the room was spacious, and clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning and a private bathroom The hostess, Ocha, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need. She provided a good breakfast (included in the price) and recommended a local driver who took me to a nearby cave for swimming on my last day then dropped me at the airport."

No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room.
