"Stayed at the Katamaran in week begining of May 2024. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. They have a good breakfast options plus best view of sunset while having dinner. The beach is quiet nice with the swimming pool. Loved our stay at the Katamaran and will be staying here again if when visiting Lombok. "

"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ottalia. The first thing we noticed when checking in was 4 routers, so will say the wifi was great. The staff was attentive, and always able to give extra water, towels, and even bugspray. The hotel is in the middle of the island, so there are definitely abundant mosquitoes, so beware and make sure to keep the mosquito net intact. The hot water also wasnt hot at night, so thats one thing the hotel could improve on. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but...

"We had to pay extra to upgrade but it was worth it... the place is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful view... the service is top notch. Pak rully the manager help us with renting the bike. Everything we need for is by walking distance. Definitely will be back in the future. "
