"Hotel is in an excellent location.It is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and it is within an easy 5 min walk of the hippodrome theatre. A decent size secure carpark is across a small, quiet road from the hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good- plenty of choice and easy to find a table. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a large hotel but only has 2 lifts which state they hold 8 but were full with 5 in. It was a very busy weekend as the Bristol half marathon was on the Sunday but only one of the lifts were working so there were always long waits for the lift. We were on the 3rd floor and due to the hotel’s location could hear music and people until after midnight. The noise wasn’t particularly loud but I could see some guests having an issue with it. "

"Great bargain hotel. Room overlooked Marina. Convenient with Lidl, Waitrose & Home Bargains all around and plenty of places to eat & drink & ATM. Room was basically but had kettle & mugs & tea/coffee. Hairdryer available in reception. Small lift. Bed fairly comfy. Parking at Lidl with registration in hotel reception."

"It is located in a very nice location. Bus stop right in front of the property. The only draw back that I noticed is that they have a timed limited breakfast unlike a breakfast buffet and the food was not very hot. It was just warm"
