"I can’t say enough about this place! We come to Mountain Home often and this was our first stay here and we were so impressed. Not only was the property close to everything but the grounds were well kept, the pool was beautiful the outdoor patio area with fans and cornhole was a nice touch! The breakfast was awesome, they have a bar but it was closed when we were there. But above all the customer service was amazing!! We left a very valuable item in the room and they called us immediately to notify us it was found and are shipping it back to us! This is the kind of service that just doesn’t happen often anymore!! We are so thankful for them finding it and returning it. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a family or just coming to the area!"

"Only real downside was there weren’t any side tables in our room. We had a luggage rack and a small shelf which was an inconvenience. The property was beautiful and really interesting piece of historic Cotter, Arkansas. Would stay again in a different room."

"I have stayed here multiple times. This is yiur standard old school motel place. Yes its dated, no it doesn't have hot breakfast. What it is, is a clean place to stay, indoor pool, and personable and right next to the marina"
