The internet had issues. I was also told I could use an Ethernet cable, I couldn't. The room I was in badly needs updated. The mold in the ceiling you could see in the bathroom. It had a musty smell and after two nights my son's asthma was rampant. The staff was nice and the pool is well kept. It's an older hotel, but I would have gone with Mountain Home Inn and saved money.

The motel was run down. Looks nothing like the photo's. First room they gave us was with out a running Air Conditioner. The second room they gave us had black mold through out the ceiling . Still waiting on my refund.

Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes. We had a little issue trying to find the rooms at first. We assumed they were on the outer part of the building so after driving around a few times, we finally went in and saw that our rooms were right by the indoor pool. When we first walked into one of the rooms, we immediately noticed that the ceiling fell through, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the floors were warped and chipping away (I'm assuming water damage from the indoor pool). The staff was very quick to clean up the mess from the ceiling and bathroom. In the other room, there was a used bandaid on the floor by the bed, some of the bed covers were dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. We had mentioned it to one of the employees but I don't think it was ever fixed (I ended up not staying so I'm not sure if they did anything about that). The kids loved the indoor pool. They would have stayed in there the whole time if they could🤣 I was a little disappointed that that had a shallow and deep end in the pool. If the kids accidentally go past the line then they could This rating is from 2 adults and 5 kids who all rated from 1-5⭐.

This is typically our “go-to” place to stay when we visit back home. After this stay we may choose another hotel in the area. Normally everything is perfect but started off they “overbooked” the poolside rooms-which is what we requested and paid for. The first night we were given an upstairs room (I have bad knees and there’s no elevator). We got up the stairs to our room to find it occupied by someone already, luckily they had the security lock engaged. Went back down stairs to the front desk and was given an outside room. The next afternoon we were switched to a poolside room but the ceiling tile above the closet was missing and the shower wall had hair on it. I was disgusted. Time to find a new place to stay.

Staff were awesome, beds were not that comfy but the beds were clean , bathrooms in the hotel room in dulux rooms around the pool area are very cramp for any size person, toilet seem loose from the wall but rooms are very clean but if it says room are sound proof they are not and about a 1 inch gap under the door to floor.. pool was very clean but pad around the pool very slick if wet internet is weak 10.3mbps but will i stay again i sure will
