"The service was overall good. The front desk staff at night when I checked in at 11:30 pm on 19 January 2026 ,was very friendly and welcoming. However, the check-out staff at 1:45 pm, on 20 January 2026 ,an Asian woman with white hair, was quite unfriendly and not very approachable. When my husband asked if the $45 USD credit for food didn't require any additional payment, she responded rather curtly, "Can't you see it on the receipt, there's no extra charge." This response and her demeanor aren't suitable for a 5-star hotel front desk staff. Some staff members need training and improvement in customer service, especially this particular staff. Every time I stay here and she is working, we have a poor experience."
