“the bed spreads/comforters needed replaced. They had tears in them and the pillow shams were flattened with no more life. I also did not understand the numbered parking places. The parking (if being numbered) should be right where your door is. I asked the person at the desk, and he gave me an answer that did not make sense.”

“We booked a Double Queen room for two nights for our family of four. Our stay was comfortable, and we were pleased with the location and facilities. One area for improvement is the room’s lighting—it was quite dim, making it difficult to read a book without natural light from the window. While the room had a nice coffee table and two comfortable chairs, a desk or a luggage bench would have been a welcome addition.”
