โThe young lady who worked with us on Sunday night September 20, 2025 was so gracious. We were traveling to Michigan to see family and celebrating our daughter and son-in-laws wedding. They were just married and were doing a honeymoon roadtrip. Some of the holels placed holds on our credit card and we had troubles with transactions being declined. The young lady was so gracious and patient and we got our rooms paid for. Other funds were going to post later and they did and everything worked out...
โThe front desk person very pleasant & friendly. He physically walked me around to see the breakfast area & hallway to the elevators. He really went above & beyond. โ
โThe front desk help was outstanding. I took a cart out to my car and loaded up some stuff and took it back to my room. On the way back, the front desk man said just leave your card outside your room, Iโll come pick it up later. Thatโs the first for me!โ
โThe hotel was a great value and met my needs for a short business trip. The room looks like it was updated recently and was comfortable. The TV was a little dated and the HBO didn't work but I didn't have much time for TV watching. I would stay there again.โ
