"No shuttle service from the Airport or to the Cruise terminal. Our room on our cruise was bigger and better than our room at Citizen M. When I check in, I want a person to talk to and ask questions, not to do it all my service in a self service BS thing. I won't use self checkout at a store, I certainly don't want that at a hotel! The dinner food menue was dismal and pathetic. The TV shuts itself off instead of staying on. I need a tv to sleep. Breakfast was good, and they allowed us to store our bags when we checked out so we could go explore the area. Other than those 2 things, the stay was a nightmare, and I will not stay here again."

"Our view from the room was beautiful. However, the shower was not completely clean and neither was the floor in the room. Room service came but still didn’t clean thoroughly. There is no store on the property for snacks. You have to go next door and almost the whole area closes at 10:00pm including the room service, bar, and other amenities. Our best friend was CVS. The internet was not good either which I hadn’t experienced at a hotel ever. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The food was not the best.. I wouldn’t go back at all. I would recommend the Brickell area instead of being in this area."
