"As is typical for Oberammergau inflated prices taking advantage of the NATO school transient population, this hotel is no exception, rather the poster child for under performing and customer service. Wifi is HORRID, and I was blamed for the issue. NATO has two official languages, French and English. TV offerings at this hotel were Deutsch, Deutsch, Deutsch, a few French and Italian and 3 English news channels (2 financial and BBC world). Iin other words it was, along with the Wifi, horrible. "The hotel was beautiful and we were pleased from the moment we walked in. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious as well as all the coffee options. A delightful stay that made the Garmisch-Partenkirchen lag of our trip even more wonderful! Thank you!!"
