This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...

Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. "Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times. The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good. Free hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre. "

"We had a corner room and it was really big, had a king size bed and another areas with sofa and tv. Bed was very comfy and the shower was very powerful. 5 mins from train station and 15 mins walk to the beautiful old town. great location we used the bad drop facilities and everything was great. No issues. Initially it didn't look as fancy as some of our hotels but it was a great surprise."

"Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely. "

"There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."

"My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities. "
