i was happy with the condition of the apartment and the amenities provided. however i was unhappy with the staff response. the moment she saw i was traveling with kids, she started to claim that i did not specify in my booking. perhaps i could oversee this matter but i repeatedly asked her what is the solution but she kept on repeating i was wrong. then she asked for 20 euro and i asked her should i pay in cash. her response was very rude by asking me 'u dont have cash?'. i did gave her the money for her 'assistance' allowing us to stay but she repeatedly mentioned pls take care of my children from breaking anything in the apartment. i do not mind with the reminder but saying it over and over again it is damn annoying especially when we were tired of traveling. we do not need someone blabbering while we kept on saying we do understand the point she was trying to make.

I bucked through Expedia, and the bill stated 98 Euro for the room. However was charged 127. Nowhere on the ordering screens was it mentioned that there is a 2E tax and 25E craning fee. Only after receiving the credit card statement and reviewing it at a later day, I saw in small script those entries for 2E+25E

綺麗で快適なホテル

駅からは徒歩20分程かかったのでスーツケースがあると大変です。 着いてから電話をすると5分程で来ていただいたので良かったです。 あとはエレベーターがないのですがチェックイン時は運んでいただいたので良かったです。 部屋はとても綺麗で落ち着いて海外の友達の家に泊まったような感覚でした。

Very nice and comfortable room ! Modern amenities with wonderful scenery. Obertraun is a short taxi ride away from Hallstatt; local taxi will help you going to Hallstatt.

Amazing stay in spacious and clean apartment

Host was very friendly and arrived shortly after our call. Very good location . Would definitely stay again. I usually struggle with cleanliness in rented apartments but this place was spot on

From outside the apartment looks like a run down. After long travel, all I wanted to do was check in and sleep. Unfortunately, you are unable to get into the apartment building without a key. I sat around for 15 minutes ringing the bells on the apartment, but there is no reception. Finally I looked up the reservation on my phone for a phone number (thank goodness I had power left, and international calling. If not....) Good news is that someone answered my call, thinking now maybe he was in the bathroom, no big deal, but actually reception isn't on site. Very nice guy though said, "ohh okay I'll be there in 10-15 minutes." When he arrives I'm a little sketched bc, he does the paper work from his car. Sign papers on the hood. He asked for my credit (even though I pre-paid) Inside the building it looks like a college dorm, stale, long halls. Once in my room it actually wasn't bad. Only crappy part was wifi didn't work. Positives were, clean, comfy beds. Host was nice. If you're interest is Hallstatt and trying to save a buck, don't. It 30 euro round trip. Apply that money to a place closer to Hallstatt. Trust me

Nossa hospedagem foi excelente. Do preço ao local, passando pelo prédio (a hospedagem fica em um edifício comercial/residencial) ao quarto, tudo foi ótimo. Muito limpo e confortável. O único problema foi que ao chegar no prédio tive que ligar para a proprietária para ela abrir o local para mim. Se não tivesse comprado um chip na Europa não sei como faríamos.

ホテルではなく民泊の宿泊所

ここは、ホテルではなくアパートの一室を旅行者に貸す民泊形式の宿泊所でした。到着して電話すると10分ぐらいでオーナーが車で到着しました。オーナーはすごい早口で部屋の使い方を説明すると帰って行きました。チェックアウトは、テーブルの上に部屋の鍵を置いてドアを締めて帰ればよいというものでした。この宿泊所はオーバートラウン駅にもクリッペンシュタインザイルバーン駅にも、ハルシュタットにもどこに行くにもタクシーがなければ厳しい場所にあります。バスもほとんどありません。民泊なので朝食夕食もないにもきわらず周辺にはレストランもスーパーマーケットもありません。フロント対応がないので、タクシーすら頼めないのが本当に不便です。シャワーブースは、作りが悪いため床が水浸しになります。全くおすすめできません。

오버트라운의 조용하고 예쁜 숙소

할슈타트가 목적이었는데 오버트라운의 매력에 더 흠뻑 빠지고 왔네요. 다흐슈타인과 가깝고 숙소에서 보이는 풍광이 정말 멋집니다. 또한 산 밑에 자리하고 있어서 제법 쌀쌀할 것을 대비해 침대에 담요도 준비되어 있었습니다. 물과 커피, 차도 준비해주셨고 주방사용도 편했습니다. 머무는 동안 무척 편안했고 좀 더 머물렀으면 하는 마음이 들었습니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 사장님이 배려에 감사인사 드리고 싶네요.

要去Hallstatt玩可以考慮的住宿 開車約10分鐘路程 房間內很舒適 有張大床 大電視 還有廚房可以弄吃的 廁所淋浴間設計不是太好 水溶液流到外面 如果有自己租車是不錯的地方 但是假如是搭大眾運輸不太適合

Petit appartement parfait pour 2 personnes

Nous avions une chambre avec une superbe vue de la montagne. Le marché est a quelques minutes de marche, nous avons donc pu cuisiné. Très bien pour 2 personnes.

遠離繁囂和美麗景觀的住宿

單位很舒適，設備很齊全，景觀非常美麗，加上陽台，可以很悠閒地待在這裡喝咖啡和欣賞風景，距離冰洞纜車站只需步行半小時，也可以坐車，但離Hallstatt有一段距離，但更感受到遠離繁囂的感覺，很喜歡這地方。

다흐슈타인이 눈안에 들어오는 멋진 곳

정말 좋은 곳이었습니다. 할슈타트에 묵지 않고 오버트라운을 선택한 것 그리고 이 아파트먼트를 이용한 것이 참 좋았습니다. 주인분들도 매우 쿨하시고, 자신의 역할에 충실 이 때문에 무례한 여행객들에게도 냉정하게 반응하시는 분들로 보입니다. ㅎ 이 곳의 가장 큰 장점은 다흐슈타인이 정면으로 보인다는 것입니다. 다흐슈타인을 올라가는 케일블카 두개가 발코니에서 보이는데 저희는 처음에는 몰랐다가 다흐슈타인 케이블을 보고서야 깨달았다는... 오버트라운에서 가장 큰 아파트먼트로, 케이블에서 우리집이 보입니다. 침실 넓고요, 거실도 엄청 넓고 주방도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 1층에는 세탁실도 있습니다. 다만 수건은 갈아주지 않습니다, 룸 청소도 없구요... 이에 대해 불만이 있는 후기를 보아서 말씀을 드리는데요, 한국의 펜션이나 콘도와 마찬가지입니다. 당연한 일이니... 알고 가시면 좋겠습니다. 정말 좋은 곳이고, 주인분들도 쿨하십니다. 방에서보는 전망이 너무 좋으니, 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 가지고 다니는 것이 힘드시더라도(한 층이 높습니다. 그래서 더 쾌적합니다) 높은 층의 발코니 있는 방을 선택하시면 좋겠습니다. 앗 도착하셔서 전화를 하셔야 오십니다. 저희도 잊고 있다가 살짝 당황했네요.... 그럼 좋은 여행되십시오.

할슈타트에서 가까운 가성비 높은 숙소

처음 숙소 찾아갈때 익스피디아 연동되는 구글 지도를 사용하였는데 오류가 나서 고생했습니다 꼭 주소를 구글에 쳐서 찾아가세요 차량을 이용하시는 분이 사용하기 좋습니다 그리고 주인장이 할슈타트 내 무료주차장도 알려주니 사용하세요 숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 주방용기도 잘갖춰줘있어서 매우 좋았습니다 강추입니다
