Die Unterkunft sollte einmal überprüft werden

Die Unterkunft wäre für unseren zweck ausreichend gewesen. Aber leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Rollläden nicht funktionierten und die sauberkeit nur am Boden festzustellen war. An der Decke im Bad und im Schlafbereich waren leider lauter Spinnweben. Davon waren wir weniger begeistert. De Eingangsbereich zum Gebeude lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auch in Sachen Sicherheit.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, die Fenster jedoch könnten für die schöne Aussicht größer ( breiter) sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr altbackent eingerichtet mit dunklen Möbeln daher wirken die Zimmer sehr dunkel. Im Bad ist auch sehr viel Platz jedoch fehlt im Duschbereich die Trennwand was beim duschen nicht sehr gemüdlich ist weil in den moment wo man sich duscht, der Raum die duschkabiene ist. Im großen und ganzen ist alles sauber, lockere Atmosphäre, Frühstück ist auch ausreichend allerdings erst ab 8.30 Uhr, Haustiere sind auchherzlich willkommen . Ich würde die Fichtelberghütte nicht als Hotel einstufen aber als sehr gute - schöne - Preiswerte Pension mit sehr netten Personal. Für uns reicht so eine Unterkunft völlig aus deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gern zu euch.

Von außen nicht ansehnlich. Zimmereinrichtung war aber sehr gut. Bis auf das keine Handwaschseife und keinHandtuch zum Händeabtrocknen vorhanden war. Eine Handwaschseife kann man wohl erwarten. Für jeden Gast nur 1 grosses Handtuch. Kein einziges kleines Handtuch. Keine Duschwand....Bad steht dann bisschen unter Wasser nach dem Duschen. Hotelzimmer war mit Frühstück gebucht. Sehr dürftiges Frühstück mit angetrockneter Wurst....und das nicht nur einmal. Keine Eierbecher. Brötchen hart und wohl vom Vortag. Katze läuft durch die Küche und über die Anrichte durchs Fenster nach draussen. Tische werden kurz mit der Hand abgwischt, was man dann auch sieht. Restaurant /Küche hatte abends nicht geöffnet. Wir mussten im Ort etwas besorgen. Stand so nicht in der Beschreibung. Keine Mülleimer vorhanden draussen. Also muss man mit der Pizzapackung und dem Geruch wohnen. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen, da auch viel zu teuer für das was man vorfindet und bekommt.
