Overall great place! Mosquitos were out of control which sucked, but not really the properties fault. Our shower had zero water pressure and the toilet barely flushed though. The rooms are cute and clean and the staff was so nice! We used the propane grill, fire pit, pool, hot tub, lots to do there!

My family used to visit The Grey Gull when I was a child. 30 years later I went back with my boyfriend. We had a great time— walking the beach, renting electric bikes, trying the restaurants, and exploring the area. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, our suite was well stocked with everything we could need, and the staff are friendly. We will be back. :)

A nice view with a very clean room. Cooking appliances (pots and pans) provided were in very poor condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very good. Answered all my questions and helped when my hearing aid ended up in the pool. Pool and hot tub were nice though the hot tub is kind of cozy. Quiet, and room for our small dog. Nice doggy kit included. The room was large and comfortable.

I happened to book this hotel by chance. Our schedule was delayed and they were able to accommodate a change with no problem. The property was quiet, the room huge and comfy, the grounds beautiful. We walked down to the beach daily, enjoyed the hot tub, and the location to other things around town. The only bummer was our fire place only worked on the first evening and not the rest of the days there. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars.

I really enjoyed the Grey Gull! It was quick and easy to check in, plenty of space in our room plus a kitchenette, and great location near the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Staff was very nice & informative. The room was gorgeous & included a fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from the balcony. We also enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub despite the rain 😊 Very nice experience for our whole family!

Everything was perfect at The Grey Gull - amenities, cleanliness, view, staff and even the decors in rooms were well thought through. Our room had everything needed for a home away from home. Staff were extremely welcome and friendly. Even the lobby had books, board games, coffee bar etc. We enjoyed the heated pool with beautiful views around while seagulls flew around!

Stayed with my 5 year old daughter and my mini Aussie. We loved the room and the fact that it had a kitchen made it even better! It was stocked up with all the pans and utensils you would need and even had a dishwasher. The living room had big open windows which was nice and the bed was very comfortable! Short walk to the beach through a beautiful trail! Would definitely stay here again.

We had room on 3rd floor and it is the best room I stayed in at ocean shores. Sweeping view, wraparound deck with plenty of deck seating. Very large kitchen with everything you can possibly need in it. Only slight disappointment was that they didn’t have daily housekeeping. But we made do. Very large bedroom with Nice furniture. Truly the owners care about their condominium. I will definitely return to this room

It was a great option for a couple of days. Kitchenette was nice. Walls were thin, so heard neighbors pretty easily. Also think they need to update their key situation (metal keys)

The Grey Gull has the most well-maintained trails to the beach. Each room is unique an well-appointed, and the gas fireplaces add a cozy touch.
