"The whole experience was awesome from top to bottom.The staff were inviting, friendly, and exceeded every expectation or necessity from valet, to check-in/check-out, concierge service, bellhops, and even cleaning lady calling and making sure we got our forgotten items returned. The building and room were immaculate, beautiful, and elegant with a nice historic feel."

"I really enjoyed the stay, however. On a busy weekend, you may or may not have parking. Its first come, first serve. Since the location has permanent residents, this can be a issue if you arrive back really late. So keep that in mind. Our room was just like the pictures, but our steamer did not work and when I asked for a replacement, that never came so we did not have a way to iron/straighten out our clothes. That was a bummer. The bed was not as comfortable as I am used to, but overall the room was nice, clean, had all essentials needed. The coffee was a nice touch. If you want more towels, you'll have to go grab more from the laundry area. They did not supply more than two. Also, if you expect to see housekeeping. Think again. They will never come out, from what I noticed. Overall a good stay."

"Great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Very clean. Friendly staff. Everything you need! There is a charge for parking that isn’t mentioned, but it is to be expected in big cities. "

"Nice place, right by everything. They have parking garage and they have plenty of cabs. The concierge desk had its issues but were very friendly. Rooms were clean, not one bug. Pool was a bit small but heated and clean. Right by the pool was a free water dispenser. The A/C worked great. Restaurant right next door was very nice. It's no Montebelo, but a real nice place."

"Breakfast was not stocked 2 times I went. Also didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom. Asked 3 times for towels and never received them. Also booked for 5 people and didn’t have room for 5 people. 2 full beds that was it!! I want my money back"
