“Comfortable, proximity to the heart of Odesa”

“Center location, clean, friendly staff”

“Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!”

“Fabulous location, great hotel and SUPER staff members...breakfast was SUPERB!!”

“Lovely view of main street in City Center. Cilpo is next door.”

“해수욕장이 가깝고 오페라하우스도 걸어서 30분 정도 밖에 걸리지 않는 등 위치가 좋고 객실이 깨끗하며 직원들도 매우 친절함.요금도 저렴.”

“My only issue was the door which was extremely frustrating. The staff was amazing though!”

“올해 3월초 첫번째 투숙과 비교하여 인테리어는 Upgrade 되었으나 직원들의 접객 마인드가 예전에 비해 사무적이고 냉소적이어서 실망했다. 차기 오데사 방문에는 이 호텔을 숙박하지 않을 것이다”

“It was a great stay. Thank you.”

“Very simple and loved it”

“This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a very positive experience. It is a small, beautiful hotel in the center of Odesa, very close to everything and just steps from the Opera House. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working at reception, who was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. Unfortunately, during my stay Odesa experienced a major attack that caused serious disruptions, and the hotel was without running water for almost 48 hours....

“Great hotel, and very nice area.”

“There was a glitch that didn’t update their system and the reservation, they upgraded me to a larger room to make it right. Great Hotel and excellent customer service.”

“Nice view, nice meal. Very kind staffs always try to help you”

“It was really located so nice place, excellent guest relation, high guality services and a reasonable price.”
