This was the cleanest hotel I have been in. Everything in the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again. We asked for handicapped room, and the shower was very safe which meant a lot to my husband and me.

When I booked the hotel it says that it has a pool and hot tub. I chose this location for my kids to have fun and swim. When we arrived there was no hot tub and a quarter of the pools ceiling was falling down. It was open but not at all safe to let the kids swim. The kids and I were very disappointed.

We stayed for 4 days and it was great! Quiet, great parking, complimentary breakfast was good every day and tasted fresh! The only thing we didn’t like that our trash was never taken out and we had to call and ask multiple times for more towels and toilet paper. But overall 8 out of 10!!! Great but…

The hotel was super nice. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that an indoor pool is advertised but not able to use when we stayed. Had two very unhappy “tweens”. Planned our trip and timing based on swim time. Will definitely call from now on. Second hotel stay in less than a year that we have been disappointed by not having a pool for entertainment for the grandkids
