The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. “We were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...
