โBeautiful bed and breakfast. Staff was incredibly kind and courteous, very accommodating. Spot was walkable to Kirkwood and the University, but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.โ
โI canโt believe Iโve never stayed here before after coming to Bloomington regularly for 30 years! I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. Just hope itโs hidden enough to be vacant the next time I need a place in Bloomington. โ
โWe were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...
โWas amazing we had our dogs with and were gone most of the day and in the room evening and night. Peaceful when we were in the room didnโt hear much outside the room only problem we had was key for rooms didnโt like to work had to continuously try over and over again to get in roomโ
โStaff ws very attentive, from the front desk to the breakfast service area to the cleaning staff. All cordial and helpful and concerned about the comfort of the guests.โ
