“When I checked in I was charged for the room (almost $1000) even though I had already prepaid for my room on Expedia. Staff was not helpful in resolving even smirked laughing about it and said “sorry.” I had to call my bank and get them to release everything the hotel was holding. They also charged me a $75 deposit 3 times so my bank had to release 2 of those also. They claim to be pet friendly but they simply allow pets, there’s no friendly about it. “The room was extremely clean and seemed brand new. They allowed us to have an early check in. It was a renovated La Quinta, and you can tell it recently opened as the Libby and conference room looked like it was still being set up. People working there were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, fruit, bagels and cereal. I was very impressed and could not complain based upon the location and the extremely low price.”
