"The hotel smelled awful. The swimming pool was so murky you couldn’t see the bottom. The elevator didn’t work half the time. Our bathroom sink was completely clogged. The bathtub and shower fixtures were caked with mold and hard water. The air conditioning smelled awful. Our room cards never worked despite going down to the front desk repeatedly for new ones. And they didn’t have several items for their “free breakfast”. The staff was kind but completely overwhelmed. Steer clear of this hotel room. I can’t believe I paid what I did to stay there. I truly feel I deserve a partial refund."

"To start matters off hotels.com booked me a room I get to the site there's no record of a booking. After 2 hours being stranded I was sent to another hotel arranged by hotels.com this hotel gave me a room with a bunch of bath towels in the refrigerator because it was leaking so they switched me to another room where the tv did not work at all and said sorry about it but we can't fix it absolutely will never recommend hotels.com or quality inn ever"
