Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. โI thought the staff were great. But my room was number 300 and right outside the door was a working air conditioning unit in the hallway. It was an internal hallway so I found that strangeโฆ But it was loud and noisy throughout the night. Additionally, the outdoor pool area, which I could see right out my window was disgusting.
