"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. "The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. There is one indoor pool and one outdoor pool, so the facilities are relatively limited in size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with good food and welcoming service."

"The hotel is right next to the train station, which is very convenient if you’re traveling around the area. The rooftop onsen is small but great for relaxing your muscles after a long day of walking. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I’ve had, there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, they helped me figure out my luggage shipment."
