It's a super welcoming hotel. Super nice and helpful staff. They sincerely helped us to carry the luggages down or up the staircases. I appreciated the staff who served for our check-in. He explained very detail about our stay politely and clearly

若いスタッフが一生懸命少人数で工夫して宿を運営している姿に好感が持てました。古民家の別棟を家族６人で利用。和室2部屋とベット2つが置かれた部屋がありトイレ2つ。洗面所3つ冷蔵庫2つが設置されている。食事も別棟内に用意してくれる。お風呂は予約制で数歩外を歩く必要があり天気の悪い日や足腰が弱い人は利用しづらい。他の客には一切会うことなくプライベート感を味わえる宿でした

静かで、凄く雰囲気の良い宿でした。旧館に泊まったので、設備は少し古かったけど、それを補って余りあるサービスに満足です。ご飯のボリュームがものすごく、メインが終わったかな？？と思ったら、そこからまさかのすき焼き。凄く美味しいお肉で、お腹がはち切れそうでしたが、大満足しました。温泉が少しぬるかったけど、あがったら意外とポカポカしてて、体が芯から暖まった感じがしました。スタッフは全員二十代！とのこと。少し辿々しい部分があったけど、一生懸命で、全力で応援したい気持ちになりました。
It was a quiet hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in the old building, so the facilities were a bit dated, but the service more than made up for it, and we were very satisfied. The meal was extremely satisfying as well. The beef was delicious. The hot spring was a little lukewarm, but surprisingly, I felt warm from the inside out after getting out. Recommended for everyone traveling to this region.
