We had a wonderful stay at Terrace by the Sea. It’s just steps to all the shops and the walkway to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable and the continental breakfast was convenient. Staff were very polite and friendly. It was so nice to get up and watch the sun rise over the ocean from our room balcony.

10/10, if I come back to Maine, this is where I am staying. It was so cute and cozy. The rooms were clean. It was right next to the water, and a few shops and restaurants. You also do not need to have an ocean view room, it is so close, just walk one minute from your door and you can see everything.

I love this place, the view and location is incredible! The hotel itself is is like an old Cape Cod hotel, but it is very clean so this is fine with us! The breakfast is lovely, fresh fruit, great coffee, bagels, cereals and juices. My only complaint this time would be we got the queen efficiency room this time, which I would not recommend, it had an extremely uncomfortable full bed, not Queen, so I would definitely come back but I would get a regular room!

Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown Ogunquit! It's within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the beach, and the Marginal Way coastal walk. The main building is well kept, with gorgeous views and a fantastic breakfast. We loved that there were plenty of lawn chairs to sit outside, eat, and relax while taking in the scenery. Staff was friendly and check-in was seamless. We celebrated our three-year anniversary here and highly recommend it for its unbeatable location and convenience—perfect for taking in everything Ogunquit has to offer!

The room in the main section was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It is an older room but well updated and quiet, with a view of the ocean out one window, which we did not expect for the reasonable price. Very easy to walk to the center or town and the beach. My only suggestion is to have blinds in the windows that block out light at night. Will be planning to go back in the future.
