Hotel is very well located. Near beach, shops, coffee shops, the Marginal way. Breakfast is extremely minimal- nothing fancy. Rooms are very outdated - I did not feel the sheets were cleaned properly, carpet in rooms is a huge no no for hotels. Parking is good and staff is helpful upon arrival

Not a fancy, fussy place, but sweet and elegantly comfortable and welcoming. The location was kind of perfect. A wonderful feature was the lawn with nice chairs to just sit and watch the ocean.

This property was on my wish list as I have walked by it many times and imagined staying there with that view. The staff was very helpful and parking was easy. Our rooms were in the original building with the water view and outside deck. Although very clean, they definitely need updating- squeaky slider doors, noisy air conditioner, and the size of the bathroom was smaller than small. I guess I expected more for that price point.

Room was very clean and the staff who came every day to service the room were wonderful and kind, as well as were the rest of the staff. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept and the view of the beach was gorgeous. Loved the continental breakfast included with the stay and the convenience of parking right outside your room at your respective parking spot. Will definitely be back again.

This hotel had a wonderful location and a staff that goes above and behind. My only disappointment was the view from our “partial ocean view”. If you stood right next to the window and crane your neck, you can see the ocean but you certainly can’t see it sitting in a chair or on a bed in the room. Room 209 is not really worth the up charge for the view we had.

The Terrance is zero unique place of many buildings. Our room was second floor and we where helped by the staff with our luggage. Very clean inside and out on the grounds and pool.Nice place to sit outside above the Olunquot River and beach further out .

Terrace is ideally located in Ogunquit. If you're lucky enough to have a room in the main house facing the ocean, the view is perfect. Else, you can sit on the large grass terrace while you watch the tides come in and go out and catch the activities of the beachgoers and fishermen. The morning buffet is a delightful tradition. Some small maintenance items could be improved, but otherwise it's a perfect Ogunquit get-a-way.

We think the self serve breakfast is great. We especially loved walking a short distance to tge beach and walking to good restaurants and nice shops. Who could forget a pleasant walk to the Marginal Way. The air conditioner going on and off during the night was a little annoying. And a couple of lights were a little bright. Over all we really love coming to the Terrace. It would be nice to have a list of restaurants in the area, so folks can look up the menus online.

Cute property right by the footpath to the beach, so you’re not far from anything. Easy walk to the main beach, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and all the restaurants and shopping. Our room had a queen and a twin bed and kitchen area and was in the main house area but there are other buildings as well. Assigned parking spot. Very nice continental breakfast and you have ocean views while you eat. Slightly more moderately priced than a few of the larger resorts a little further down. I’ve stayed multiple times and am always glad I did.
