“Overall good experience! The highlight is 100% the pool area. The pool, hot tub and games in the pool area are absolutely amazing. Especially if you’re a young family, very enjoyable. The room itself, was average to a little above average. It was clean enough, and had a great sized cold fridge. However, I had a pillow with dirt on it so I didn’t use it but the other pillows were fine. The AC had a bit of a smell, I guess it could happen being so close to the beach, definitely not a big deal....

“The property has a great location. That’s pretty much the good. The bad…No ability to control the A/C. It was 94° the first day we stayed. The A/C is incredibly inefficient. The humidity was out of control. Fortunately, a staff member (Aiden), went out of his way to bring us a fan, so we could draw cool air from the very cool hallways into the room. The furnishings are old, worn and outdated. And lastly, the parking is atrocious. Steep hills getting in and out of the underground garage, and...

“Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...

“Had no interaction with staff other than checking. The grounds were excellent with plenty of outdoor seating available and a grill. The porch on the back of our room was a great extra. We used it often. Nicely screened so no bugs Nice location north of the crowded section of town. We had a great time. Definitely would go back.”
