โStaff are frendly but i got bed bug bite all over my body~!! And the place is not quite that place on the map. It is more southen place and it is so far from okavanggo delt gate. If you are ok to sleep with bed bug, i recommend the placeโ

Hier wurde fรผr uns alleine (3 Personen) das Camp am Fluss bei den Hippos aufgebaut. Wir hatten einen Koch, ein Zeltbauer und unseren Wildfรผhrer. โThe property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist.
The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request.

โThe sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while.
The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom.
No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing.

โWILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM.
Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. โ
