私は岡山駅からO X I Oへタクシーで向かいました。その運転手はホテルの存在を知らず、ホテルとして認知度が低い、との第一印象を受けました。 ホテルは確かに全てにおいて小ぶり、実用的、無駄がなく、その設備の機能は熱いシャワーが旅の疲れを洗い流してくれました。 私が将来再びこのホテルを利用する可能性は、一人で泊まる場合に限り、あります。

Hotel is about 1.6 km. from the station, so perfectly walkable. Also not too far from a streetcar stop. Across from a university, if that's your destination. Nice and quiet. Very much a no-frills place, in case you are expecting anything in the way of amenities. Downside: receptionist was not there when I arrived. I had to call the property while stood in the lobby in order for her to come down and check me in. Keep in mind that I arrived during normal reception hours. Small additional gripe: this hotel has the most awkward and unwieldy room keys I've ever seen. They are attached to a ludicrously long holder that is unlikely to comfortably fit in anyone's pocket. Overall: I would stay here again, on account of the fact that it is likely to be consistently cheaper than other options due to its location and basic nature. I really hope that the reception issue was a one-off for some reason or another. If reception is consistently like this, then I ultimately can't recommend staying here. If you're a foreign visitor who can't speak any Japanese, it would be a serious problem.

スタッフさんが親切でした。 夜中、水道の音？が少しうるさかったかな、 私は気にはしませんが、気にする人は寝つきが悪くなるかも。 ウオッシュレットが無かったのは、個人的には悲しい。

ビジネスホテルとしては合格です

フロントが、２２時までで、それ以後のチェックインでしたので、電話して、部屋番号のみの指示を受け、部屋インしたらキーが置いてありました。 翌日に支払いをなし、翌々日に部屋にキーを置いたまんまチェックアウト。 これもまた、ホテルマンに余計に会わなくていいし、良いと思います。　緊急時の連絡先もあり、まっ、ビジネスとすれば合格点ですね^_^

禁煙では全くありません

立地及び禁煙ルームのみのホテル、との2点から選びましたが、完全に失敗でした。 29室の禁煙ルームのみとの施設説明ですが、少なくとも２つのフロアで客室内にヘビーに喫煙している人がおり、廊下及び滞在していた部屋の中へも煙が入り込み、僅か1-2泊でしたが、体調を崩しました。 ホテル側も、部屋清掃等で喫煙していることを把握していながら、積極的な対応を取っているとは考えられず、確認を依頼したことに対し、窓を開けて/ベランダで吸っているから客室内での喫煙ではない、等の説明でした。 タバコの煙、隣室の騒音等が気になる方は避けるべきと思います。 また、客室内に、冷蔵庫はありましたが、ボトルウォーターもなく、冷蔵庫自体も電気はついているように見えますが、故障したままなのか、コンビニ等で購入した飲み物は翌朝には捨てざるを得ませんでした。

室内着がなかったことは事前に確認していなかったので仕方なかった。 全体的にはレトロな感じでした。 ただ、受付スタッフ方の感じも良く、長期間滞在する方なら不便なく過ごせると思います。 掃除に関してはユニットバスに髪の毛が 散らばっていて少し気になった。

岡山大学病院の真ん前なので、病院に用事の時はこの上なく便利。フロントの方の対応も丁寧だし、部屋も綺麗で、この料金のお得感はとても高い。

快適でした～

岡山駅から遠いですが路面電車の清輝橋駅から徒歩7分、路線バスだと100円で行くことができます。ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、目の前の岡山大学病院内にレンタルサイクルのステーションがあるので不便さを感じませんでした。ホテル周辺にはコンビニが徒歩7分と少し離れたところにありますがホテルの1階にホットモットが併設していました。宿泊当日は台風や3連休前日の影響で新幹線がだいぶ遅れて着いた中、ホテルのスタッフの方が遅くまで待ってくれていました。ホテルの部屋は少し狭かったですが設備はしっかりしていてゆっくり寛ぐことができました。また利用しようと思っています～

電話で事前に問い合わせてもとても感じがよく、実際にフロントの方々は皆さん感じがよかったです。 ツインのお部屋は清潔で、備品なども文句ありません。また利用したいです。連泊しましたが、快適に過ごせました。 設備面ですが、厚手のカーテンを開けると外から丸見えになってしまうのでレースのカーテンを希望します。それからツインのお部屋に椅子が1つだったので、2つあったら良かったなと思いました。大きい施設ではないですが、大変満足です。ありがとうございました。

Excellent facilities and clean room. Walls seem to be thin in Japanese hotels as it’s a bit noisy at night. A long walk to train station but local eating places are good at budget prices.

ツインタイプの客室は広い

岡山大学、病院、に用事のある宿泊向けの、ドミトリー、簡易宿泊施設と覚悟して宿泊すべきと感じました。レースのカーテンがないので、ドレープをあけると外から丸見え。タオル、バスタオルは客室内にありません、トイレにウォシュレットはなく、バスルームと同室、かなり狭いです。あっか壁が狭いので隣室からの騒音、足音が響きます。大学の学部正門の前ですので通学には大変便利ですが、岡山駅からは、タクシー、バスで15分以上の距離です。周りにコンビニがなく、館内に自販機もないので、宿泊の際には、事前に飲み物を持参されることをお勧めします。

岡山駅からはやや遠いですが、素泊まりであれば値段相応のビジネスホテルだと思います。バス停が目の前にあり200円で岡山駅へいけます。

残念！

部屋はかなり狭いですが、綺麗です。 ただ、サニタリー含めて普通のホテルの水準の物は無いです。wifiの設定しても繋がりますんし、携帯の電波も繋がりにくいです。周辺はコンビニ含め行く所がありません。寝るだけならいいですが、ならばもっと価格が安くてもいいと思います。
