Nice hotel located in heart of Kokusai street

Located in the heart of Kokusai street. Distance to all 3 near-by mono rail stations are the same. All attractions of Kokusai street area are within 5 minutes walking distance. Room is clean and cozzy.

フロントの対応が優しくて助かりました。立地も国際通りの中にあるので、駐車場はありませんが、周りにコインパーキングが沢山あって、本当に便利で、快適な旅になりました。 お部屋も問題なく綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。朝ごはんも毎日少しずつ違うブッフェで、楽しめました。ミニクロワッサンが美味しい！

今まで宿泊したビジネスホテルの中で1番快適に過ごせました。場所も国際通りに面していて、レストランもたくさんあり、コンビニも目の前にあります。ただ喫煙場所が外にあり、深夜は治安が多少不安でした。また那覇に行きましたら、宿泊します。

国際通りに面してて、ご飯食べるとかも不自由なかったし、目の前がコンビニ、一階に薬局、お部屋も綺麗でした。 窓から景色が見えないお部屋なのが残念でした。 美栄橋から徒歩１０分、スーツケースゴロゴロしながらはちょっと遠いなあ。 そこだけが仕方ないけど。

立地を優先する方にオススメです

おそらく外国資本のホテルだと思いますが、場所は国際通りのほぼ中心、JAL CITYホテルの向かいにあります。 スタッフは全員外国の方です。建物も部屋も清潔感はあります。部屋は移動するのも少し大変なほど狭いのですが、スーツケースなどの大きな荷物を置くスペースは確保されています。 アメニティはフロントでセルフのタイプ、部屋にケトルはありますが飲み物等はありません。また、ガラスコップしかないため、温かいお茶などは飲めません。 清掃はリクエストをすればしてくれます。 総括すると、立地は最高、部屋は狭い、全体的に清潔、宿泊客はほとんど外国人、です。 コスパは良いので、立地優先で細かいことを気にしない方には良いホテルだと思います。
