Upon check in we were treated warmly by Meo. She showed us around the facilities and the view in the balcony was absolutely breath-taking. She also arranged for us to have a BBQ dinner on the 3rd evening. Akihiro helped serve the dinner and set up the BBQ for us. We absolutely loved it!

It was my first overseas trip with a baby. We had a truly amazing experience here. All the staff were really kind and actively responded. I am very, very satisfied, and not only the lodging, but also the image of the country called Japan has improved. 小さい子ども二人を連れての滞在でしたが、至るところにホスピタリティを感じました。 お部屋も清潔で、ここにゴミ箱があったら嬉しいなと思うところにいくつか設置があり、いろいろな場面で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々もとても親切でまた行きたいし、親しい人にもおすすめしたい宿でした。

誕生日旅行で宿泊させていただきました。ヴィラタイプということで、お部屋はとても広くて清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気でした。何よりお部屋に入った時、リビングのテーブルにタオルケーキが飾られてあったことに感動しました！それだけではなく、手書きのカードと冷蔵庫にはデザートプレートまで・・・。さらにチェックアウト時にはお菓子のプレゼントまでいただけました。今まで色々なところに誕生日旅行で行きましたが、こんなサプライズは初めてでとても嬉しかったです。タイトなスケジュールを組んでしまったため、お部屋で過ごす時間が短くなってしまったのが本当にもったいなかったです。翌朝、大雨でテラスには出られませんでしたが、古宇利島の景色を眺めながら、自分で豆を挽いて淹れたコーヒーをゆっくり味わう時間が至高でした。朝食のフレンチトーストもフワフワでとても美味しかったです。お部屋を出る際、感謝の気持ちを込めてタオルケーキのお花でハートを作らせていただきました！最高のホスピタリティをありがとうございました。次回は必ず、もっとゆっくり伺います！！

ホテルの方々がまず親切。 部屋は独立したタイプになっており、他部屋の音は全く気にならないです。駐車場は部屋の前にあり、外出も便利！ 室内はしっかり清掃されており、お皿やカテトラリーと何でも揃っているので、外から食材を買い込んでも良いかもしれません。 またバルコニーから海と橋が見える絶景のシチュエーションです。 また泊まりたいホテルでした。

何もしなくても滞在が楽しいヴィラ

3泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんとても親切で、滞在前から丁寧に質問に答えていただいてありがとうございました。 周りにコンビニ等がないため、必要なものなあらかじめ色々と買い込んでおく方がいいです。 スパークリングワインや赤白ワインもルームサービスで注文でき、氷やグラスも用意があるのは助かりました。 子供用椅子もご用意いただき、子供用のアメニティもとても助かりました。 朝食も部屋まで運んでいただいて、部屋でくつろぎながら海を見て食べられたのは幸せな時間です。 また連泊したいと思います。

結論から言うと今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番最高で2人で感動の嵐でした！！ 彼の誕生日旅行も兼ねて数ヶ月前から沢山色んなサイトを見て比較し口コミや立地やヴィラという点でこちらに決めました。 チェックインでは美人で笑顔が可愛すぎる優しいお姉さんが丁寧に接客してくれて美味しすぎるウィルカムドリンクも数種類から選べました。 夕ご飯が決まってないというお話になった時には私達の条件に合いそうな所をいくつもピックアップして下さり、提案して頂いたレストランに決めて予約して下さいました。 彼の誕生日も兼ねてると言う事を予約して下さったお店に伝えて下さっててサプライズバースデープレートデザートを出して頂き感動。 そしてこのL.lotaさんがめちゃくちゃ美味しすぎて次の日朝食付きにして大正解だと確信。 言うまでもなく部屋のテラス席で頂く朝食は最高すぎて、ここでもサプライズプレートで更に感動！ オーシャンビューでプールもコインランドリーもありトランプやUNO、Netflix等の貸し出しもあり労りつくせりの最高のホテルでそのあとの旅行も楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。 本当に接客サービス、全てが最高だったので沖縄でホテル迷われてる人はみんなここに行った方がいいです！
