Hotel was clean and smelled great. The concierge was helpful with all my question. Room was great and ac worked well. Beds were comfy and had a microwave & fridge. And a nice continental breakfast. It worked for one night and I would come again and stay for longer if needed.

Overall, great stay! The pool seemed to be heated and there also seemed to be no ac in the pool room. Which I am sure is great in the winter but during the summer 😬. Other than that, everything was great! The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was quiet and clean.

We stated a week; first time in a Garner. Our room was quiet and well-cleaned, hallway was very well-maintained. Breakfast area was stocked and staff was very helpful. I made the desk clerk aware of a couple of small items that needed attention and they were immediately noted. I had the feeling that maintenance would address those issues as soon as we vacated the room. We will come back!

Room was clean, staff was so sweet and very kind. We even had a fire alarm scare and the lady at the front desk was very calm and helped us all. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will also be staying here again. We added it to our favorites!
