Great room for the value. Very limited dining menu and no one answered the phone in the morning for 4 days to order breakfast to go which they advertised. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed this hotel....very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, except for the bed. I was so bummed with the bed! It felt like there was a spring sticking out of the mattress. Other than that, it was great!

Like: conveniently located close to airport. Different Dining options nearby. Downtown is 12min drive. Friendly staff. Not like: the area surrounding the hotel is not pretty. A lot of homeless persons in the area.

The staff went out of their way to provide good service. Shuttle transportation was prompt, friendly and helpful. They even took us to a restaurant and picked us up after dinner - exemplary service. Hotel clerk allowed us to store our bags in a secure area for a few hours after our stay.

The location was not difficult to find. The property itself looks nice from the outside and also the lobby area is nice. The room has poor lighting, looks very shoddily put together, the entry door had a huge gap where you could see the shoes of people walking by. The front desk staff is obviously owners or family of. They lack warmth and customer service.
