The staff is amazing, but the hotel itself is lacking in several areas. The rooms are not very clean, the Wi-Fi is terrible—I could not even watch videos on YouTube—and the walls are so thin that I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms

The price lured us in, and it was not worth it. The indoor pool was freezing cold. In our room the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The toilet wouldn’t flush, we had to flush with the toilet tank, and the curtains fell in the middle of the night making the whole room bright and scaring us awake. When brought up to the manager they just said they knew about all the problems and that was it.
