"The service at the front desk was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed by the size of our room—having two separate bathrooms was a wonderful surprise. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The furniture is noticeably old and stained, including the lampshade, and the wallpaper is peeling in one of the bathrooms. Unfortunately, these issues took away from what could have been a great stay."

"Took forever to check in, then they couldn’t get me a king room, even though that’s what I had already paid for and booked through Expedia. The elevators are horrible and didn’t work half the time. Horribly long wait times to even get on or off an elevator. Valet is also forever wait and they don’t even have a garage for your vehicle, they literally drive it 2 blocks to a public parking lot. "
