A great base for a short stay in Olbia. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. The rooftop pool at sunset was lovely. The staff were also very accommodating and made us a breakfast package as we had an early flight.

Great staff and pool

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was 30 minute walk to town centre. Pool was excellent and very clean. Hotel is next to supermarket which is extremely convenient. Plenty of onsite parking. On-site restaurant dining was ok and breakfast was very good. Shower in Room 307 needs maintenance attention. Had a balcony which was enjoyable.

Great stay

We loved our stay there and what made it even better was the stuff. Very helpful and polite with everything we asked. We had a couple of small issues in the room that were rectified immediately. Breakfast selection was great and having parking available was also a big plus.

Very friendly and helpful staff (front desk, restaurant and support staff). The room was a great size (1xbig double and 1x single bed) with fresh bed linens and ample supply of towels. Breakfast was great with ample choice. Nice roof top bar with a selection of snacks and drinks. Would be great if opening times was extended to 11pm instead of 10pm. All round a very enjoyable stay

Nice hotel, although the buffet breakfast was served by the kitchen staff so you couldn’t help yourself which was quite annoying. Else the rooms were nice, except for the view of the building site right outside our balcony.

This hotel is 30 minutes walk into town, so if you don’t have a car, it’s not the one for you. I booked a massage and was told I could use the spa before for 1hr. When I came down to reception to ask if I needed a key, it was a different woman and she said no I don’t. I went downstairs and the spa was shut, so I had to go back up again. She was checking someone in and I had to wait. I told her it was closed and she said quite rudely, ‘spa access isn’t included in your room’ but I had booked 100 euros massage?! Eventually she gave me the key. My massage was not 50 mins as booked it was only 40 mins! This hotel is very basic, like an Ibis. It was also half empty but they still gave me a room with balcony over looking the car park. The downstairs pool is not nice, nothing like the photos. I was going to book a different Felix hotel near the beach but I was put off by this hotel. The staff at breakfast were excellent though, very friendly, they should train the reception staff on customer service.

Room design / breakfast.

Good things: Clean, plenty of parking, close to amenities. Bad things: Concrete floor in bedroom (no carpet or vinyl). Lighting and A/C are controlled by pressing a sequence of digital touch controls which frankly I could do without after a long drive. If I want to put a light on or adjust A/C I want to hit a switch, not consult the instruction manuals. Breakfast - A good selection of food but you can't help yourself. Instead you have to queue and point out your selections. I guess it's this way to prevent people taking too much or wasting food? But it's just not a pleasant experience. Either have self service or waiter service, I don't want to be telling some guy how many strips of bacon I fancy, it's just silly.

When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful.
