The hotel was beautiful and very private. We loved the little private beach that is only a couple minutes from the hotel. The little beach bar had an amazing selection of drinks and the most delicious food options.

Beautiful property but maintenance and management far from 4-star standards. On arrival, bathroom floor was wet, sink and AC leaking into the room creating a puddle — never fixed despite reports. Mold and cobwebs on bathroom door, spiders in wardrobe and shower; mold covered with paint and silicone but leaks persisted. One day the room was not cleaned despite the “please make up the room” sign; we were told “housekeeping knocked and no one answered,” as if cleaning is only done when guests are present. Dinner at the hotel was overpriced: same quality in Porto Cervo was €30 cheaper. Most unacceptable: €3 for 0.5L water (supermarket €0.30). A 4-star hotel should not charge for water, or at least not with such a high markup. Pool had few umbrellas compared to loungers, jacuzzi broken after two days. At check-out, called at 11:31 to remind us of the time while we were already at reception with luggage, no offer of assistance. Positives: some kind staff and decent breakfast. Feels more like a B&B than a luxury resort. We will not return.

At the time of booking it would have been good to be advised of a wedding. By the pool it was noisy with sound checks and loud music. There were dogs of guests by the pool off lead pooing. I emailed for an outside table - it didn’t happen. The half board food was not good at all. We went to bed and thought there was a dog being killed! It was in the next door room the owners were out. Not a good experience. We won’t return.

Room not ready at check-in:-( Hotel nice though

Room was not ready at check-in time. Hotel was chosen because it said fast check-in and check-out. When check-in is not possible until 16 then the room must be ready. We only stayed 1 night so with departure next day at 8, one hour spend before you are in your room ( and suitcases not even there yet by porter) a substantial part of your stay is waste. And no 'sorry we are not ready'. That could have softened us. The hotel rooms, surroundings and breakfast was great though.

Les escribí un mail ayer al q aún no me han respondido.Me cargaron en mi habitación los gastos de la cena de otra habitación, junto al minibar.Tampoco aparecían los precios del mismo, por unos cacahuetes,pistachos, zumo y agua me cobraron 23€.Nos dijeron q la recepción abría a las 06:00 y esperando hasta las 06:10 no vino nadie,no pudimos hacer el checkout y me cobraron a mi todo porque no le pidieron tarjeta de crédito al huésped de la otra habitación q viajaba conmigo. Lo q más me ha molestado es que no hayan contestado a mi email y q les haya dado igual. Si no abre la recepción a las 06:00 que lo digan, y así no hay malos entendidos, ni se hace perder el tiempo a la gente.

Super idyllisches, familiengeführtes Hotel in der Nähe von Olbia. Die Zimmer sind in mehreren eingeschossigen Häuserzeilen verteilt, die auf einem privaten Anwesen liegen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet und bieten was man braucht, nur die Betten sind etwas hart. Das Frühstück ist üppig und insbesondere die selbstgemachte Patisserie kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Der Blick aus den Pools bzw. dem sehr schönen Hotelgarten auf das Mittelmeer ist kaum zu toppen. Das gilt insbesondere für die beiden Whirlpools, die auf unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus um eine Liegewiese und Granitfelsen herum gebaut wurden. Der Hotelstrand ist 5-10 Geh-Minuten entfernt, der kleine Ort Porto San Paolo ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet Restaurants, Supermarkt, Cafés und Eisdielen. Was fehlt, sind schöne Städte zum Flanieren wie am Gardasee z. B.. Olbia lohnt sich entgegen der Meinung der Reiseführer überhaupt nicht. Alghero ist zu empfehlen, aber mit dem Auto fast zwei Stunden entfernt. Dafür liegen einige Traumstrände in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen (also perfekt zum Erholen), sehr schöne weitläufige Gartenanlage mit vielen hübschen Sitzgelegenheiten, wenig Leute am Pool, (daher immer ausreichend Kapazitäten an Liegen vorhanden), Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir etwas zu bemängeln haben, waren es die völlig überteuerten Getränkepreise (12€ für einen Cocktail, und dieser absolut lieblos in einem winzigen Glas, kleines Bier 6 € etc.). Wie hatten ein Komfortzimmer, sehr groß, sehr schön, die Matratzen jedoch eine Katastrophe (Lattenrost nicht vorhanden, nur Bretter

Hübsches Zimmer, doch nicht wie angepriesen

Super freundlicher Empfang, das Hotel macht einen sehr chiquen Eindruck. Das Zimmer (Junior Whirlpool Suite) entsprach leider überhaupt nicht den angepriesenen Bildern und das Personal zeigte sich sehr kompromisslos bei der Ansprache dieses Thema. „Das andere Zimmer ist wegen Bauarbeiten nicht verfügbar.“ (siehe Bild mit Pool - die Fensterfront soll zu einem anderen Zimmer gehören) Roomservice klappte, doch kontrolliert die Rechnung! Bei uns war eine Position zu viel drauf und es brauchte eine Weile dies richtig zu stellen.

Hotel fantástico a voltar assim que possível!

Hotel de charme, onde nenhum pormenor é descuidado e em que toda a equipa está treinada para tornar a nossa estadia única. Os espaços exteriores são muito agradáveis, os quartos são muito confortáveis, espaçosos e bonitos. Toda a envolvente do hotel apela ao sossego e as praias, se bem que a uns minutos de distância a pé são pequenas mas muito bonitas. Existe um transporte gratuito para a praia, onde existe uma zona reservada, com um simpático bar. O hotel prima também pela qualidade da sua gastronomia, pelo que o pequeno almoço é fabuloso (só a zona dos bolos é de encher o olho), os pratos servidos nos bares da piscina e da praia são simples mas bem confecionados e o restaurante do hotel é de excelente qualidade. Enfim, um daqueles hoteis onde temos vontade de voltar assim que possível.

Les parties communes sont magnifiques, cadre splendide. En revanche pas de salle de sport juste 4 machines datant de 1990. Les chambres doivent dater a peu pres de la meme epoque. Une difference entre l ancien romantique et beau et l ancien vieux un peu salle clim qui fait clac clac. Dans son jus. Au vu des prix pratiqués c est pas acceptable. Apres avoir fait remonte mon mécontentement il mnont mis dans une chambre totalement refaite. La c etait plus petit mais plus aux standards actuels dun hotel 4 etoiles. En revanche aucune isolation entre salle de bain et chambre. Pire : une baie vitree donnant du lit sur la douche... et les toilettes. Pour la dolce vitta c est moyen.... mais au moins cette chambre etait propre. J aurai juste aime qu au check out ils se souviennent qu il m avait upgrade a titre gratuit. Il a fallu leur rappeler (ils ont tenté quoi...) bref. L hotel est associe a une mini plage proche d yn petit port. 40 euro la journee c est fourchette tres haute pour une plage qui n en vaut pas la peine (tarifs non affiches bien sur , a la tete du client). Bref un petit sentimznt de se faire avoir en permanence qui est assez désagréable quand on regarde l addition finale du sejour..

Hotellet hadde et stort område, var fredelig. Ca. 1 km til nærmeste strand som hadde eget område med solsenger og parasoller. Det kostet 35 euro for å leie parasoll og to senger på stranda. I prisen var inkludert bruk av pedalbruk og padle brett i ulike størrelser samt toalett. Strandbaren serverte drinker og enkle retter til lunsj. Problemet var dårlig logistikk på serveringen og at de prioriterte italienske gjester fram for andre. Hvis man skulle spise lunsj i tidsrommet kl. 13-15, så måtte man vente på maten i minst 1 time. Og det hjalp ikke å reservere bord på forhånd med matrettene du skulle spise fordi det tok like lang tid. Så det var irriterende å bruke 1,5 time på sitte i baren for bare en enkel lunsj. Vi spiste 1 lunsj og 2 middager på hotellets restaurant. Prisnivået var høyt, men både maten og servicen var god. Anbefales. Det står at man kam låne vanlige sykler gratis på hotellet, men da vi skulle ha 3 sykler, vi er en familie på tre, hadde de kun 2 sykler. Da ble det ingen familie tur på oss :( Forventet mer av 4 stjerners hotell. Utsjekkingen gikk veldig tregt, tok ca. 20 min da de har kun en datamaskin for det og vi havnet bak en som skulle sjekke ut fra to andre rom. Så beregn god tid til det! Frokosten var OK, med variert utvalg av både salt og søtt. Kaffen var ikke verdt 4 stjernes hotell, lunken og dårlig på smak. Man kunne bestille fra personalet som jobbet der, men det også ble laget bare på en trykk på knappen maskin. Rommet var bra. Harde senger

Sistemazione atipica per un hotel, ma molto gradita. Avaveavmo a disposizione un intero appartamento con una bellissima terrazza vista mare. Bellissimo! Lontano da reception, ristorante e piscina, ma con un servizio navetta su richiesta (free)

Worst experience ever We were about to stay at Hotel Ollastu for three nights in a standard double room with balcony. Due to some delays of the plane and car rental we arrived around 23:30 at the hotel. During the check in the person in charge at the reception told us that we are actually not staying in the hotel but in one of their bungalows (fully equipped with kitchen) nearby. As the area is rather big we could not walk there and had to take the car. After a 5 minutes ride we arrived in the bungalow. All lights were on, windows wide open and the room full of mosquitos. The first night was horrible, the bed was very old and the mattress was way too hard. There was one AC in the bedroom that is extremely noisy and made it impossible to sleep. Everything in the bungalow was rather old and does not offer anything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The water from the sink in the bathroom made some horrible noise when the water was running, the shower was so disgustingly old and dirty that you would not want to take a shower in there. The next day we told the receptionist that we actually booked a room in the hotel complex and not a bungalow and that we want to change. As the hotel was fully booked, they offered us either to stay where we are or to go to another hotel nearby. The staff was not cooperative and helpful at all. We finally decided to take the room in the other hotel (which was actually half the price but much nicer). We paid a lot of money for three night
