“Hôte parfait. Restaurant toujours TOP. Personnel aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Bref, tout pour se sentir bien.”

“Staff was not helpful”

“Great location and nice breakfast. Room was ok, not sure if the bed should have had another duvet or something, there was only a sheet but was fine for 1 night. Shower was missing a door so would’ve soaked the bathroom if I hadn’t adapted and hand held it, no soap supplied in the room so make sure you take some. “Everything was good”

“I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.”

“Spa ist kostenpflichtig.”

“Very easy to find so close to where my trip to Ohrid set off the following day. Clean room good for a short stay.”

“The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Stone Bridge and the bustling bazaar. Everything you’ll want to see and explore is within easy walking distance.”

“Zeer vriendelijk personeel”
