“I had a very disappointing stay at the Super 8. The room was unclean when I arrived, with visible dirt and an overall neglected feel. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room that made it hard to relax. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.”

“The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!”

“Overall, everything was good during my stay. The staff was friendly, and everything felt calm and peaceful. The AC worked well and kept the room comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, for two days it seemed like someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the smell came strongly into my bathroom. “The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell....

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”
