The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options.
Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
