"Just OK. Not a high end hotel but OK. They should tell you about parking - which is offsite. We had to guess where to park. Also, very hard to get a taxi at night. Room was small but OK. Very hard to deal with the A/C controls."

"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! They also have a free shuttle to and from the subway station. Thank you for the excellent hospitality & delicious assortment of local food. "

Although the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the port and major attractions, the complimentary shuttle service is very convenient and generally available upon request during working hours. Considering the price, it's a great value for money."
