An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

We booked a family room for 4. It happened to be at the very attic of the building with low ceilings (we needed to really watch out heads not to get hurt getting out of beds). There were a few chairs piled in one part of the room and a “Please do not enter” sign on one of the doors. We had a feeling that this area was used as a storage and once they got a reservation they tried to convert it into some kind of a guest room. Not the best experience for sure…

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel ayant une excellente situation si tant est que vous ayez réservé avec un balcon et vue sur mer. Pour le reste, service et propreté il n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

L'hotel è molto carino,camera bella grande,doccia enorme con getto d'acqua potente e rinfrescante,letto con materassi comodi e molti cuscini.frigobar fornito e terrazzino spazioso. Peccato per le coperte,in questa stagione i piumini sono veramente eccessivo,faceva troppo caldo e sarebbero bastate le lenzuola. Ristorante in una posizione meravigliosa, direttamente sul mare stupendo. Purtroppo eravamo presenti ad una scena sgradevole,mentre cenavamo la padrona(o moglie del padrone) della struttura,una signora sulla ottantina,per rinfrescarsi è andata al bar adiacente al ristorante aprendo il lavandino e passandosi le mani bagnate sul collo e décolleté. Con quelle stesse mani bagnate un attimo dopo ha preso dalla macchinetta per il ghiaccio alcuni cubetti di questo per poi infilarli nel suo bicchiere. Una svista imperdonabile dal punto di vista igienico. Colazione abbastanza fornita ma onestamente con prodotti di scarsa qualità. Location veramente meravigliosa. Camera un po' costosa,non perfetta,moquette parecchio rovinata e mancanza di bidet.

Wohn- und Schlafzimmer unseres Appartments hatten eine fast komplett durchgängige Fensterfront zum Meer - wir konnten sogar vom Bett aus auf´s Meer schauen. Matratzen war leider ziemlich hart. Das Bad ist geräumig (kleines Minus: keine Ablageflächen). Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es zwar immer die selben Standards (nur 1 Sorte Käse die ganze Woche), aber jeden Tag wechselnde Schmankerl (Pancakes, Grießbrei, Quiche, Palatschinken, Marmeladeknödel etc.). Wir fanden immer einen freien Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel (ohne Gebühr). Der In-door-Pool war angenehm temperiert. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Lage direkt am Wasser (Meeresrauschen in der Nacht bei geöffneter Balkontür), getrenntes Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), geräumiges Bad. Frühstück im Freien direkt am Lungomare. Badestrand vor dem Hotel.

Nice but depends on the location of your room

Nice hotel. Unfortunately our room was next to the street and it was very loud. Worse yet it was a hot day and rhe A/C didn't work so we needed to keep the windows open and it felt we are sleeping 3 ft from the street. The hotel would otherwise be a nice and well kept place. We just got a bad room.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Liegt zentral an der Straße, aber dadurch, dass das Hotel tiefer liegt, ist vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören, sondern nur das Wellen rauschen. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind groß. Man hat einen direkten Meerblick. Das Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein. Besonders die schwarzen Stellen am Silikon. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechlungsreich. Besonders angetan waren wir von der unaufdringlichen Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals.

really nice getaway place

the hotel room was great (sea view), there was also a spring underneath which meant running water sounds. I was there during the lack of tourists season because of COVID, so things like bread were not as fresh as they should be, but it is understandable. Staff was super nice and willing to accommodate us.

wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Super nettes Personl. Sehr leckeres Abendessen und dabei einen traumhaften Blick.Sehr sehr sauber. Leider waren wir nur 3 Tage dort, beim nächsten Mal buchen wir länger. Hund wurde liebevoll aufgenommen. Tolle Decke und Fressnäpfe wurde für den Hund im Zimmer hinterlegt. Fernsehprogramme in ausreichender Anzahl auf "deusch". Rund um ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

Very good place to stay at Optijia.

Everything was just fine. Our room was ready when we arrived. The parking is not easy to find but near the hotel. Breakfast was super and service was also excellent.
