Their elevator was out of service and wish they had stated so. They booked us top floor level and had to use the stairs which was filthy and smelly. Parked in the rear was dark with no light was unsafe. Checked out early hopefully they will refund us. Would not recommend anyone.
I have requested a refund. The restaurant was closed. The lounge was closed. The pool was not open the front desk. People were nasty. The elevator didn’t work. The place was dirty. Stay there tonight. They did not even come to clean my room or change my sheets worst place I have ever stayed in my life. there was no telephone in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work
I called you people the other day you told me that the person to speak to you about a refund will not be back available until today. You need to contact them and get me my money back..
My room smelled like a chemical that I had trouble breathing the entire time I was there. Front desk said it was probably the cleaning chemicals so changing rooms wouldn’t have helped me. It was also so rundown and poor upkeep. I’ve stayed in nicer motels than this “hotel”
Location was excellent A quiet location staff were professional and courteous
Coffee machine did not work. A/C was noisy. The room carpet had a few stains.
We enjoyed our stay. We walked to the bagel shop nearby and had a good breakfast Nd coffee
room bed sheets was dirty was not changed,i have to report to get a clean sheets.
also cant get a copy of receipt of the charges they told me they don't charges told me to contact Expedia.
also the faucet loosing water/lack of maintenance.carpet is old and smeely,
Some female staff if not all in the hotel don't fit in the hotel business as an arrogant, audacity and unhelpful. Too bad this hotel has a better potential but being ruined by them.

The staff very helpful, expect a stay at the rate purchased, if you understand. Loved the location…
The check in was supposed to be at 3, I could not check in until 5:20pm. Receptionist was rude and dismissive. Only one roll of toilet paper for my 3 night stay. No one comes in for room service and when you ask for towels and room service they say they can promise anything. Room is very dusty and moldy.
Could not find my reservation, even though you had emailed me about staying there. The computers went down and you had 10 people sitting in the lobby waiting for them to come back up.

Upon arrival check in was slow. After receiving my room key when I went to go to my room it was quite a walk. Elevators were out of service. When I got to my room the door was unlocked being held open by the latch at the top of the door. I walk inside and the smoke detector was sitting on the dresser and the tv was on. Since there are no phones in the rooms I walk back to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance to fix smoke detector. The computers weee down so I couldn’t change rooms. I walk all way back to my room severals hours pass and quite of bit I time passes no one showed up. I try calling the front desk because not only had maintenance not shown up but I didn’t have any towels. I tried calling for over two hours a total of 9 times no answer. I finally saw a housekeeper in the hallway and asked for towels she said she could only give me 1 towel and one washcloth. Which I think is ridiculous so I walk back down to the front desk. They said there was no one they could call to come fix smoke detector and when I told him about the towel incident he stated they were short on towels. I told him when paying for a room clean towel and linen is supposed to be apart of the package. He gave me another towel and washcloth and I went back to my room. I doubt that I will be staying there again. The price is great but it’s truly not worth the aggravation.
No working elevator for a month (April 2024) due to Fire and Water damage; no locks on exterior entrance doors which allows vagrants to enter the property and sleep in the stairwells which is extremely UNSAFE AND DAMGEROUS!!

This place is a absolute nightmare there mold in the bathroom. Stains and random hair on the bed I didn’t even want to lay on the bed. Waste of my money will never return.
First of all when checking in was very terrible the receptionist or manager who ever she’s but she’s a Indian young lady she’s very rude an she has a very nasty attitude any questions I asked he she never know I don’t know how she gets a job position here she needs to re train because she has a not good customer service she will run any good customers away like myself because I’m here every week I hope Armoni take heed into this review thank you
This hotel is a complete mess. The hall way carpet is too dirty, the room carpet is extremally dirty , the bathroom door was broken. The bed was uncomfortable. too much noise around and the outside area is scary and dark.

Nice looking foyer and hallways, they rented me a room with a shower that did not work, the handle to turn on the water wasn’t attached .
David at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. His words “he just gave away the room we reserved 3 weeks ago and he wanted to offer us a cheaper room with 2 small beds instead of a king and this room had no microwave for no discount. He was unapologetic and just had an oh well attitude even tho our room had been fully paid for for 3 weeks. The room had a wobbly board in place of part of the window and and yes I have a picture.

Dated cardkey system on a guest room that forced me to re-keys 3 times after my arrival that took roughy 90 minutes till finally able to relax in a room. A front desk young man was very helpful and hard working but owner should put a one moe person to manage the guest check in smoothly.
