“Check in was fast. Upon entry into room, heavily soiled carpet with heavy "musty" smell. Microwave inoperable and toilet seat loose. Upon check out, I was told they would extend my stay but they told me I would have to make another reservation because my existing reservation was made through a third party. I was honored by them having a Veteran only parking spot.”

“The guy at check in was great, the one good thing about this booking. He gets 10/10. The room and property are ATROCIOUS. Every surface was filthy. There were smelly clothes in the dresser. Flooring is peeling up. Ceiling is peeling down. Bathtub is peeling paint. Stained towels and sheets. Lots of weird particulate on the sheets, dirty mattress. “I didn't stay. It is August, the A/C wasn't working in the first room. And the room was spartan and hadn't been updated in forever. One small window in a concrete block building. It felt like a cave. Not even a rug on the floor. Got another room that the A/C seemed to be somewhat working but the room was still too warm. Same cave like feel, sat on the bed and it was like a board. The sign in the check in lobby said "no refunds" I didn't care. Took the key and the remote they gave me for the TV...
