“Our room had a sofa and i have a hard time getting comfortable on a bed. They loaned me a blanket so i could sleep on the sofa ( i sleep on my side and use the sofa back for support). Not a problem with the bed; my husband found it comfortable. ”

“At check-in, the staff noticed that we had difficulty walking and assigned a room closest to the lobby to accommodate our limitations. We appreciated that.”
