"The type of room I booked was not available when we checked in. I was told we were given a very good “upgrade” to the 15th floor but it didn’t have enough beds for the people we had booked on the reservation. The fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable and we had to call housekeeping 4 times before we were brought the bedding needed for the fold out bed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful each time we called, but I’ve never had an experience like this before with a room. "

"Leaky refrigerator, water was not very hot in the shower. Overpriced breakfast, so I declined. Restaurant attached to the hotel was meh and also overpriced. Parking was extremely inconvenient, so much so that I got lost and ended up in a minor traffic collision due to gridlock. Explanation for directions to the garage were unhelpful. Had to go downstairs to go up the elevator which makes no sense to me. General rating, 2 star because at least the bed was made well and there were good soaps and shampoo in the shower. "

"Everyone was ok except inconsistent suggests from staff regarding how to best pay for parking. Id stay further from downtown next time. Its largely empty and everything closed after 5pm. "

"The room was very nice. The service was superior- bell hop, front desk, housekeeping, everyone we came in contact with. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The only improvement i\I would suggest is more lighting in the desk area. The location cannot be beat! Right next to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and public transportation."
