I was informed our stay would be at a different property than the one I booked two days before check-in. This was inconsequential as the room we stayed in was equal to the one we booked and the property was closer to the event we were attending at Rogers Centre. Communication was excellent. We were met at the front door of our new property address, we were then informed that our actual unit was in the adjacent building, (so I guess technically we were moved twice), but escorted directly to our room and given a few instructions and left to our own avails. The room showed some normal wear-and-tear but was otherwise clean and came with a kitchen stocked well-enough for everything we'd need for our 4-night stay. We didn't get the VIP Gift Card that were told was included with our stay, but honestly it wasn't a motivating factor in our decision to book and didn't even inquire about it during the trip. Right in the middle of everything. 4 nights in downtown Toronto attending myriad events, only needed to get in an Uber once. Everything withing very reasonable walking distance. Great operator. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

It was super conveient for walking to the mall, Rogers Centre, CN tower and Ripley's aquarium. The only down fall was there no microwave or cofee pot in the room like other other hotels.

Nice apartment in a good area

Pros: very nice boutique hotel, great service, excellent location, comfortable bed and linen. Love having a mini-fridge and proper hot water kettle for my tea every morning. Cons: So much dirt and dustballs under the bed (I don't think the cleaning crew have ever cleaned under there), there is no full length mirror anywhere, and the heater/AC is outrageously loud and blows far too strongly. :(
