Unfortunately my first night there wasn’t that great. After a long day of travel got to our room and the AC wasn’t working. Called guest services and they got a maintenance guy to come check it out. After 15 minutes they realized it was broken and gave us the option to stay there or move. Obviously we moved, now it being midnight with kids that move was not fun. Got to our new room ready for bed and found the fitted sheets on the pull out couch to be dirty (looked like blood stains). Guest services got sheets ready for us at the check in counter where we provided them the dirty sheets. Overall the first night was kind of a nightmare but after that it was ok.

Home2 Suites was a wonderful home away from home! Check in was seamless, the room was cozy and well cleaned. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next Disney/Universal Studios trip!!

Staff was supportive. But hotel’s room was not clean and breakfast was same for whole 8 days. Pool water was not clean and smell coming from water.

Our first trip to Orlando, the hotel gave us the best customer service, the breakfast super delicious, laundry, gym etc super nice! The Uber transportation super fast to transport us to Disney parks, restaurants closer to walk and the target store where you can buy everything , food goodies clothes and liquor ! My daughters love the pool area with grill to cooked burgers ! Best hotel and good time with the family.

such a fantastic week at this hotel! the entire area seems to be newer, and the hotel itself was fabulous & so clean! across from the hotel, honestly in walking distance, is a plaza with shops & dining areas, so it was certainly really helpful to have those choices nearby! the hotel is about 15 minutes away from disney, and 30 from universal, which was awesome! breakfast & staff were amazing, i have nothing negative to report!

Can't say enough good things! Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The plaza across the street had everything we needed. Restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream etc. The pool was fantastic, our kids were obsessed with the water slide! We ate 7 days of Mickey waffles at the breakfast buffet because they were that good! Our family was sad to leave and we'll definitely be back - honestly nothing negative about this hotel at all.

Great place to stay only steps away from Disney Property. The staff were very kind and helpful! The included breakfast had a variety of options and it all tasted good. The pool was nice. Parking is $10 a day which is pretty standard for hotels in the area. I didn’t utilize the shuttle to Disney Parks, but it was nice that it was an option. In summary, great hotel at an affordable rate, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pillows and blankets horrible!! We had to use 3 pillows each and the extra blanket in the room to be somewhat warm and comfortable. The sliding bathroom doors barely shut, they have to go. The water pressure/shower head needs to be updated. No one can wash their hair in that. Lastly the pool had a ton of bugs and leaves inside it and was a little cold. Otherwise great food, staff and property!
