This property surprised me in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the lobby is very nice and clean. The front desk people were friendly & offered a smooth check-in/check-out experience. Our room was super clean. The size of the room was perfect for 4 guests and I would even dare say for 5. The beds were comfortable. Everything was organized. I would definitely stay here again. Having parking on-site for free was a nice addition. We did not get to use the pool because it was cold but it looked taken care of. The only issue I had was that since “shuttle service” to the park was offered I assumed that it would be an all day thing. But, it is only offered to Epcot and one of the other parks with only 1 time available to leave (9:40AM) and 1 time to come back (6:40PM). It was not worth it. Overall, great place to stay with the family and you are a 15 min drive from Magic Kingdom.

We stayed seven nights. The beds were generally comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The first room we had three all together was smelly. The fridge didn't work and they kept leaving us coffee but we didn't have a coffee maker asked for it for 3 days. Still nothing. Second room we get all settled in. Realized the door does not even lock security issue. Third room everything seems to be working well. The beds were comfortable. Fridge was working but the air conditioner thumped all night long and no hot water for showers for the next 3 days. All in all I do not recommend this hotel. It's overpriced even though they are updating and refurbing it. This needs a lot of work and it's just not worth the money they're charging. The breakfast was hot and delicious but they didn't advise us that they shortened the hours from 6:30 to 9:30 to 7:30 to 9:30 which impacted our Park plans with nothing available from 6:30 to 7:30. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was cold and there were no pool towels available. We had to go to the desk then they gave us some bath towels. Even then they didn't have very many available The service to the rooms was average. They would consistently forget to leave four towels. Since we had four people in the room. We'd only have two or three towels. It was very inconsistent and I always had to make the effort to go down and get extra towels. I would not return to this hotel or nor do I recommend this place to stay again.

Hotel was pretty clean, except for the renovations going on but we were warned beforehand of the renovations so not really that big of a problem there. The transportation, specifically to the Disney and universal properties, are lacking as in there is only one shuttle to one Disney park and one universal per day, but plenty of shuttles to the shopping centers. Breakfast was limited but not bad by any means. It was exceptional. The room we had was average, lacking in shower shelves causing you to have to put your shower products elsewhere (the towel rack outside of the shower or the floor),room was pretty clean other than there seemed to be mold growing on a framed picture in the bathroom. Microwave in room appeared to be in French so it was difficult to read instructions, the door handle lock for the bathroom was broken it was pushed into the door handle, broken trim around sprinkler in bedroom, loud a/c unit thumped throughout the night may wake up light sleepers. Overall not a bad stay its decently priced and a good option for a tight budget, I’m certain with time the hotel will improve. The staff was very competent and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again.

Parking feel not safe cause at night need lights, insecure in the shower cause you don’t have a handle to hold , we didn’t have an extra bed linen to use the sofa bed.

Was ok for 1 night but lots of issues. Front door was hard to close/lock, TV totally crooked on wall like ready to fall off, no soap at bathroom sink, shower shelf totally missing, no coffee pot just coffee supplies, toilet hard to flush, breakfast tasteless with no ketchup. But hotel is a fit for Orlando where standards are low compared to most cities

Rooms are recently renovated and are clean but small. Hotel is near to major attractions. We were disappointed with the shower, firstly the water was not hot enough and the shower water was running thin. We were here for 3 nights and it was frustrating to take bath with thin stream of water. Secondly, though the rooms are renovated, was surprised to see that the shower had no soap holder. So you have no place to keep shower gels/shampoos etc. you need to keep on the floor and blend every time to take. Breakfast was not so great. Had very few varieties

Room was spacious and allowed for all to get comfortable. Breakfast- get there early as when things are out they are out! Little disappointing as we slept in but we’re down by 830 am. And not having coffee or tea available throughout the day was missed.

The staff was excellent! Shout out to Josh, who warmly welcomed us at checked in, and Dee who helped us out with a late night room switch (maintenance had gone home, and fire alarm was beeping periodically due to low batteries). Shoutout also to Gloria and Andrea who prepped, cooked, and served a good, hot breakfast every morning (basics of scrambled eggs, or egg and cheese omelet, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, etc.) Considering the hotel was under renovations, the rooms were nice, clean, and had comfortable mattresses, couches, and chairs. The bathroom needs a little work, as water pressure in the shower was weak, and the toilet flush was also weak. We did experience an awkward sewer smell towards the end of our stay, but it was nothing a little Lysol could not cover. Hopefully this will be remedied in the overall renovation. Dining area for breakfast was very nice, as was the lobby. The hallways need a little attention as edges of hallway corners have evidence of wear and tear, as does the elevator. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

I chose the hotel for its location but I was surprised by the amount of space in the room, my room had a sitting area, a fridge and a sink and it made it so much easier when you have a young kid with you you have different spaces The place was nicely clean, like I said, location is absolutely great Staff was courteous and friendly They have a decent breakfast, which makes getting breakfast. Another thing that you don’t need to plan for. Overall, a very good experience

Breakfast was ok but the sausage and French toast sticks were over microwaved and not very good eggs were ok and there was cereal and fruit yogurt muffins .the room was clean and furnished very nicely.but the place shows its age in hallways the elevator the bathroom moulding .plus the pool was closed .the staff was nice and helpful
