Top Orlando Hotel Reviews

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort
6/10 Okay
"The hotel in general is outdated. Even when the room service is good the rooms are so old that even clean looks dirty. In my experience the bathroom tub was broken and the toilet was not working well. On the other hand: it is near by everything. It is easy and cheap to move to parks, malls, the airport with uber. They offer free transportation to parks with reservations. For kids is very good because they have good size pools and a water park included with your stay. They also have a Starbucks. You can walk to restaurants and fast foods. The personnel in general are very kind. "

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are like a condominium, spacious, very well stocked with full kitchen dishes, pots, pans for cooking. Microwave, washer&dryer, dishwasher etc.
The property is very clean. Multiple pools. Activity Calendar.
Gated, must have gate key for entry.
Would highly recommend this property.

B&B Hotel Orlando International Drive Near Universal - Newly Renovated!
10/10 Excellent
"I just didn’t like how you got to pay for breakfast and then when you pay for your breakfast, you can’t bring it in your room how about I got kids in my room I don’t want to let out this early in the morning. How about I didn’t want to wake up my whole family and when I was there, the TV wasn’t working, but everything else was pretty good."

Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration
8/10 Good
"Check-in was easy via a link that was texted to us. Keys were ready. Could see fireworks from room, which was great. Room very spacious. Pool was nice. Always stocked with towels at the pool. Bathroom was huge. All workers pleasant. Weren’t big fans of the mattress on the King Bed and the sofa sleeper. "

Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG
4/10 Poor
"I have stayed at this hotel more than five times, and this last visit was a nightmare. To begin with, they charge $33 per night just to park your car there; I stayed for four days and three nights, and the parking alone cost me $100. In the pool area, they allowed people to smoke marijuana right in front of children, and the security staff completely ignored us when we brought it to their attention. Throughout the entire resort, the smell of marijuana was unbearable. One of my children’s wristbands—which are required for pool access—broke; even though I showed them my own wristband, they refused to let my child enter because he didn't have his. They told me to go to the front desk to request a replacement, and to my shock, they tried to charge me $25 to replace it. My nightmare only got worse on our last day when, at 8:00 a.m., we were woken up by the building's PA system announcing a fire alarm. We were instructed to leave everything behind and descend six flights of stairs because the elevators were out of service. In the end—after waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot—we were told it was a false alarm and that we had to climb all the way back up the stairs. Check-out was at 10:00 a.m., yet housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:00 a.m., asking if we were leaving yet. Honestly, this has always been the hotel I chose to take my children to because they really enjoy the water park, but I will never stay here again."
