"Unpleasant surprise that parking costs $35 per night. I was told street parking is the other option, if I could find a spot. Beware there is no guest parking at this hotel."

"The parking was easy but they didn't tell us that if was$30.00 per day. I found out when I checked out and was presented with a bill. A covered garage a block away was only $16.00 per day. The breakfast was very good. They had a cook to prepare the eggs the way you wanted."

"Everything’s perfect about our stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. The property was clean. The room was too cute, we walked outside and had a cute little balcony. We were able to smoke outside as well as there was a restaurant with a bar next-door walking distance. It was a great experience for what we needed it for."

The checkout time and where breakfast was located was not mentioned to me when checking in, although the staff was friendly when I approached them to ask. The valet parking was quick and convenient. I researched parking ahead of time, so it wasn’t a surprise to me. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. I recommend this location to anyone with an event downtown, we walked easily to the Kia Center in about 15 minutes."
